From exploring the numerous museums and ancient buildings, to shopping at the local markets and indulging in the local cuisine, there was never a dull moment. The hospitality and warmth of the Cypriot people made my visit even more memorable, and I can't wait to return to this wonderful city.

The best way to get to Nicosia, Cyprus by plane is to fly into Larnaca International Airport and then take a taxi or bus to Nicosia. The airport is located approximately 42 km south of Nicosia, and there are several airlines that operate flights to Larnaca from major cities around the world.

Car

If you're traveling from other parts of Cyprus, the best way to get to Nicosia, Cyprus is by car. The city is easily accessible from all major cities on the island. The A1 motorway connects Nicosia with other major cities, including Limassol and Larnaca. Parking can be difficult in the city center, so it's best to use public transport once you arrive.

Train

Unfortunately, there are no train services that run to Nicosia, Cyprus.

Since Nicosia is located inland, there are no boat services that run to the city.
