The best way to get to Dortmund, Germany by plane is to fly into Dortmund Airport (DTM) which is located approximately 10 km east of Dortmund city centre. There are international and domestic flights available directly into Dortmund Airport or via connecting flights from major cities in Europe.

Car

If you are driving to Dortmund, Germany, you can take the A1 or A2 highway which leads directly to the city centre. However, it's important to note that parking in the city can be limited and expensive.

Train

You can get to Dortmund, Germany by train which is a popular mode of transport in Germany. Dortmund Hauptbahnhof (central station) is located in the city centre and has direct train connections to major cities in Germany and Europe.

Boat
